Flexographic printing is the best printing process for packaging. It is a rather versatile system that lends itself very well to printing on different types of materials. Using clichés, rubber relief plates, and photopolymer materials, direct rotary printing is carried out on the chosen substrate. The ink is transferred with light pressure exerted by a steel or ceramic roller. This is why the process is also known as "kiss printing".
We specialize in high-definition flexographic printing, and every year since 2016, this skill has been recognized with at least one Best in Flexo award.
High speed printing on a large scale
Very high performance
High quality graphics reproduction and color fidelity
Versatility in printing on different media
Excellent results on corrugated cardboard
Eco-sustainability: flexo printing is compatible with water-based inks, which is important for biodegradable packaging and for the safety of any food contained in food packaging

No matrix or printing plant costs.
Design flexibility: graphics can be easily modified with each new order.
Variable data: while maintaining the same graphic appearance of the packaging, it is possible to add a variable field that returns different content on each box.
Multi-printing: boxes of the same size can be customized with different graphics and in different quantities during the same production run.
Quality: the print quality is equivalent to that of a photograph.
100% eco-sustainable, thanks to the exclusive use of water-based inks and paper-based substrates.
Unlike flexo printing, offset printing is an indirect printing system because the ink is transferred from the aluminum plate on which the subject to be printed is engraved to a rubber cylinder and finally to the printing medium (commonly paper or cardboard).
This type of printing is normally used for fairly high production volumes, as the setup costs make it uneconomical for small print runs.
Extreme detail definition
High print quality even on substrates that are not perfectly smooth
Wide range of finishing options: such as foil, special varnishes, and embossing
The widest spectrum of colors achievable in printing
